— The firm
Ronaldo “Rony” Estrada Rivera has worked since the age of fourteen. Over the years, he has created, advanced and led dozens of companies and ventures across different sectors. Negotiating, financing, hiring, leading teams, navigating crises and starting again are not abstract concepts to him—they are lived experience. That is the practical foundation of his counsel today.
As a husband and father, he understands that behind every business are assets, families and years of work worth protecting.
— A story of his own
His path cannot be reduced to a sequence of job titles. It is best understood through the companies he has built, the teams he has led, the risks he has taken, the crises he has resolved and the projects he has turned into reality.
He began working and building ventures as a teenager. Throughout his life he has launched dozens of companies, businesses and projects, learning firsthand what it takes to build and sustain an organization.
He has been a founder, partner, investor, manager, employer, negotiator and client. He understands business decisions because he has made them—with capital, reputation and people at stake.
His service as a volunteer firefighter and training as an Emergency Medical Technician strengthened his composure under pressure, responsiveness and commitment to others.
He brings together business experience, economics, finance, law and compliance to advise those who create value, invest and grow organizations.
